Rule G5 Exploitation Destination Deep Space

So just a thought about the rules this rule G5. Which states as follow

G5 Don’t mess with opponents’ scored GAME PIECES. A ROBOT may not remove a GAME PIECE
from an opponents’ ROCKET/CARGO SHIP. GAME PIECES which become dislodged because of
incidental contact with the ROCKET/CARGO SHIP are not considered a violation of this rule.

Violation: FOUL per GAME PIECE de-scored and opponents are awarded one (1) Ranking Point if
neither of their ROCKETS are completed at T-minus 0s

So my reading of this is if both alliances remove a hatch panel of the opposite alliance, they have no need to finish a rocket to gain the rocket ranking point. So it would be mutually beneficial for the alliances to agree to do that. (as far as I read there is no explicit rule to say that it would be illegal to have such an agreement).

I think C4 and C5 would be used to deter this, but since you aren’t playing beneath your ability and you are doing it for your own benefit. I feel you could make the argument to say it doesn’t violate those rules.

So

  1. Is this actually legal?
2)Is it possible to trust the opposing alliance to reciprocate, even with an agreement before hand?

This stategy relies on repeated, deliberate fouls to execute. I might be wrong but repeatedly doing this in back to back matches would warrant a yellow card and possibly a red card.

Edit: Doing this once is a violation of G5 and C8, the combination of which could be a Yellow Card. Doing it repeatedly in multiple matches in addition to the above be a violation of C1, which could be another Yellow Card or a Red

Read the entirety of C3 especially the examples - I think that would be used to penalize this behavior.
