But don’t loose your Robo-edge. Your going to be needing it. The kids on team #23 have been hard at work…and we are ready to accomodate
over 40 teams for this year’s Rumble at the Rock IV…

That’s correct. Those attending are listed on our Web-site at …and it promises to be quite a party…The trophies are gorgeous, We’re setting 2 fields and the Pit tent is the biggest ever…and we have some fun surprises in store for the fans.
We are urging the students and adults to please take some time to visit some of the local historic sites. You will be within a short walk of some of the oldest buildings in the Country…and it’s fun to see just how far technological progress has come in less than 400 years…wow!

And we are very grateful that all those 40 plus cool teams are coming…coming from as far away as (are you listening Daniel?) California…at least Gunn Robotics is trying like heck. Young Mr. Lehrbaum promises they will be there…Those NASA guys sure are supportive of FIRST…Do I hear echos of the Chairman’s Award?
A surprising number of teams are coming from the Chief’s neighborhood…so watch out…we might be looking to see if the best from the MidWest are the equal of the Beasts from the East ? (Lions and tigers and Bears…oh my)
And they say it ain’t so up there in Ontario…cause 188 is heading South for the summer.
So Rumble is shaping up this year to be the WWF of FIRST Robotics…and nobody who remembers will ever forget how tough the J&J team #88 machine was in 97’…
Even though Naval Undersea won…WOW what a final…
And this year J&J are defending Champs, and Motorola has a score to settle. But watch out, the inagural Rumble winner, on that hurricane blown day in 95’, BUZZ…is back with a contender…oh…and did we forget to add that teams #1 and #176 will be rolling around the carpet too? Ahem…from the outlying galaxies of the New England Federation…NYPRO and Bell Atlantic have weighed in…but the Aztechs say they ain’t scared of nobody, even though Kokomo and Beatty are itching to prove something.
Team #131 and #175 are still running and very much alive, and Teams #75 and #42 are coming to town and looking for something to do. Truck Town and Fuel Cells have gone at it before…but Pratt and Whitney and Elevator are both claiming they’ll be the ones who’ll leave last, they’ll turn off the lights and lock the door. Team #121 and the sharp kids from Gillete are looking to settle a bet…191 is letting the cat outta the bag, but the Riot Crew will be waiting for you…The 9th Wave is coming to surf the scene and the folks from Lebanon are feeling real mean…There are more that are coming…and they’re coming to play, so be careful about what your do and what you say,cause it ain’t over till it’s over at the end of the day.
Well get set y’all, practice hard and shine up those steel and poly gladiators…bring spare parts and a party attitude…Cause you gotta be ready to Rumble…
