I have a friend who is thinking about running for Congress. Particularly in Indiana. How does one run for Congress? How much does it cost? What paperwork must be filled? Any information is welcome and appreciated.

I would talk to the Secretary of State of the state. They would know better than anyone. Cost: How much do you want to spend? Ads, staff, mailings…

Thanks, I will tell him about that. I do find it odd the related articles at the bottom though. To find a way to relate those random topics, would be a challenge.
