I’m having some trouble understanding how the sandstorm bonus 1 and bonus 2, can someone please explain it?
If you start from HAB level 1 (3 in. up) or HAB level 2 (9 in. up), you get a bonus of 3 points (for lvl. 1) or 6 points (for lvl. 2).

That’s the official description for SANDSTORM Bonus 1/SANDSTORM Bonus 2. To break it down:

The HAB LINE is the line directly in front of the HAB PLATOFRM and spans the width of the field. Crossing it during the SANDSTORM gets you points. How many points?
Value corresponds to the Level from which the ROBOT started.
So you get SANDSTORM Bonus 1 (worth 3 points) if you start from Level 1 (the platform that you can drive up to from the ramp) or you get SANDSTORM Bonus 2 (worth 6 points) if you start from Level 2 ( the intermediate level platforms).
To put all that in plain English: if you start from the low platform and drive forward across the line during the SANDSTORM, you get 3 points. If you start from one of the middle platforms and drive off and across the line, you get 6 points.
