I’m going to update Discourse this Friday evening (2024-07-13T01:00:00Z ish); there will be a bit of site downtime as that happens.
Discourse will be updated from 3.2.0.beta4-dev to 3.3.0.beta3 (or whatever is the latest tests-passed tag on Saturday)
I’ll reply here before I start and again once it’s complete.

When uploading a video, the composer will now show a thumbnail image in
the composer preview instead of just the video placeholder image.If
enable_diffhtml_previewis enabled the video will be rendered in
the composer preview and is playable.
