Scrimmages in Taiwan?

I have been looking at Youtube for FRC videos to see what is happening and I have stumbled across this one, showing what I think is last weekend scrimmage in Taiwan. Looks like some rookie teams there have robots ready to compete.

Sydney regionals may be different than expected.

This is awesome. I always enjoy seeing scrimmages in general, but to see rookies and very much international teams rise to the occasion? Wow.
