So, we needed the dual gears for our swerve modules (we made “fake” L3’s last year with our own machining). They were out of stock. We signed up for the email notification when they came in stock. They came in stock, we were charged money, then radio silence. That was 3 weeks ago. They evidently haven’t shipped(?). Anone have contact info beyond the email on the website?
According to the lead time spreadsheet, they’re due to ship the week of January 22nd. We’re in a similar boat.
That’s confusing, because we got the in stock notice in December. And disappointing.
Same here, in-stock notice came December 19th and I hit purchase the same day. I only discovered they weren’t planning to ship until later in January after realizing I never got the shipping notification sometime last week.
Our L2 geartrain sets are in good shape, so at least we have those to fall back on. AndyMark does have a listing for SDS Gear Ratio Kits now, which I believe is relatively recent as I’ve been looking for L3 gears since the fall, but they’re OOS at the moment.
