What kind of rules/information do we need to know about communication or is this about contacting FIRST with game questions???

i bet it has to do with contacting FIRST with questions about the rules or somesuch.

That would make sense. Perhaps they’ll have a more efficient process this year and we’ll never live to see ‘Update #99’.
