If you look at figure 4-20 the dimensions of the lowest deck appear to be incorrect.

If you add up the width of the 3 other decks it is equal to the width of the lowest deck. However all drawings and the field videos clearly show the lowest deck being wider then the other three combined.

I believe that the dimensions should reflect the flat portion of the deck and not include the ramps. Can anyone confirm this is the case?
