I would have to say that the $3000 I at Philly was a used Seg. (Apoligies if I am wrong). This really is an AMAZING deal. I have been following it since the thread first started on Segway Chat, just waiting for the right time to pounce on the offer myself. 
the segway hasn’t been doing so well on the open market I believe, thus the price drop. Another $1000 off and I would start to consider buying one.
if there was another 1K off it would be as cheap as the car i bought =P (and i would use it just as much as my car, which is kinda sad haha)
