No. This is the Axis camera. It was not included in the veteran KOP this year. You will need to purchase one (AndyMark has them in stock at the link above), salvage one from a previous robot, or use another compatible camera for your vision processing.

For #3, I’d recommend looking at the Framework code, at the examples, in particular the vision one for 2013, and looking at the white paper for this year.
