I made fritzing parts for the Rev Robotics SPARK MAX and NEO Motor. I figure I have to keep the students organized. I will post to github to share I suppose: FRC Parts for Fritzing
“fritzing”?
Fritzing is software to diagram an electrical system. It contains EDA but most use it in “breadboard” mode to just plan out the wiring of a project. It looks like this image from the docs
Today I added a fritzing part for the REV Power Distribution Hub. I Hope REV @Greg_Needel does not mind my use of the SVG from their docs. I did credit it in the part file metadata.
Thanks very much for doing/sharing these! SB50 and NEO550 would be nice additions…
I can do the NEO550 no trouble. I think SB50 is just a connector type so it does not change the wiring. I could probably throw it in the drawing anyway.
FYI, I was going to do CANIvore when I got a chance too.
Any chances we can get a network switch in here? Maybe a buck boost converted for an RPI?
Ok. What should I model it on?
This one:
Although this one is probably more common:
Ok @mdurrani834 . A LM2596 based buck is already in fritzing’s library. I would probably use something > 3A though.
I have added the rev servo power module now. Please let me know if anyone needs other parts.
I don’t want to sound greedy, but, would be be possible to add some of these:
775Pro / Andymark Redline, CIM, Mini-CIM, REV Mini-Power Module, Limelight (Although you do have a Pi), perhaps single/double pneumatic solenoids?
If no one has said so, let me say thank you for your effort, it is appreciated.
Is that in priority order?
Nope, just a random list of items I thought of.
