I just received a call from FedEx and they informed me they would be by tomorrow, the 20th, to pick up the robot. I politely informed them that the robot had to be out of my hands today. They are going to try and figure something out and call me back. I threw an email to FIRST telling them to the situation and asking for guidance. Has anyone else ever been in a situation where their robot was not picked up on time? Were you able to compete?
I seem to recall another team with the same situation. I think they called FIRST and I think FIRST told them to crate it and leave it alone by the specified time. Not sure though. I’d call FIRST, as you have an issue which needs to be resolved in the next few hours, and it can take a few days for them to get back to you if you email them.
FIRST took care of me and we are good to go. I was just FREAKING out! I feel better now.

It might have something to do with yesterday being a holiday? The volume of shipments today might be higher since some governments and businesses had Presidents’ Day off.
