I believe this is in line with @Patrick3357 and @mrnoble, but honestly my goal is to reduce the number of hours as far as I can without it impacting productivity. Look at companies moving to a 4 day work week. We’re at 15hr + optional, infrequent additions as needed, and sometimes I wish we could cut a day without wrecking carpools. I’m pretty convinced that the diminishing returns for most teams start at like 20hr/wk.
