After saving a layout and attempting to open it again, nothing appears to happen. There are errors reported in the error log which I have attached. Any suggestions on what might be the problem?

Can you post the save file?

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Tile size must be at least 32.0, but was 16.0
I had the same problem. I was playing around with tile size and set it 4, then layouts would not load. After I set it back to 32 it was fine.
PS - if you had a working save file, then later made the tile size too small, I found I needed open the save file in notepad and manually change the tile size. Otherwise shuffleboard would even open it to let me change the size.
