I live in turkey and me and my school want to compete in FLL. and since my country starts FLL late what are some tips you can give for us?
We have spike and some motors for it. Thank you!

My first tip to teams is to always remember that all 4 components are equally important:

  • Core Values
  • Innovation Project
  • Robot Design
  • Robot Game

Make sure that you are giving attention to all four of these components. The rubrics FIRST publishes are great for understanding what judges are looking for. Students will need to understand what the judging sessions will look like so go over the judging session flowchart as well.
