Smart Dashboard install with FRC Game Tools 2022?

When we try to launch Smart Dashboard from Driver Station (by changing dashboard type to Smart Dashboard) we get a Windows error:

Can not find script file:
C:\users\Public\wpilib\2022\tools\SmartDashboard.vbs

Is there a separate installation step we’ve missed for installing Smart Dashboard? We installed FRC Game tools from NI.

The dashboards and other WPILib tools are provided by the WPILib installer.
