Hello everyone, I though I should make a commit about this snow. I live in Hampton VA. We have not had snow in the last 4 years. Right now I have 8 1/2' of snow in my front yard. This is the 3 day in the last week and a half that we had to cancel our FIRST meeting. Also this is our first year back since 97 so we are haveign great luck this year. Well hope everyone stays warm.

I agree you do learn how to live with it, and I come form new england, I know this sounds funny, but I guess this year I don’t mind the snow, that’s probably kind of funny but I actually like the snow. So keep on trucking and good luck to those teams that arn’t used to having snow.

I moved down here in Florida from Eastern Ohio, where I had lived through a few blizzards. I can see how they would mess up your robot production and general team development. I feel really sorry for all of you teams up north and wish you all the best of luck. If it’s any consolation, there was a high of 55 degrees today… brr!
Best Wishes,
Al

55? You poor folks must be freezing! It was a balmy 6 degrees this morning with the wind chill, up here in Boston! All I can say about the snow and ice is…I can’t wait for the National and the Florida sunshine. Good Luck!

Well, I say lets have the comp now... and go to Florida... where it might actually be warm...
I'm starting to dislike negative 20 wind chill factors... and having a full inch of ice cover my entire car... but that's just me... lol... Good luck everyone on the robot building...

Well, we had a nice sunny day today. High - 57. It’s been raining for the past three or four days but I was still able to walk around with a t-shirt. Seems like the worst is over now, so it’s back to tank tops and board shorts! Oh how I love california…
Oh wait, that must have made you REALLY jealous. Sorry, that wasn’t my intent

If you have your robot almost done you could mount a blade on the front and push the snow from inside the house.
