Great pricing. I wonder if CD could create a space/thread for teams to sell robotics items. This could be especially beneficial for out of stock items from vendors that other teams could acquire, in case other teams dont need them anymore.
Sounds like what used to be in the old CD forum software, where people could post “Haves” and “Wants” of things they either wanted to sell or buy. I think I used it once or twice. It would help consolidate a lot of what is currently spread across many item-specific threads
I think you’re looking for frc.parts, which also runs on Discourse.
As a start, I’ve tagged this thread “forsale”. If we can make that be a thing for active threads (and untag it for threads where everything is sold), I think we can get 80% of the way there for about 5% of the effort.
If someone sees a current thread that should or shouldn’t have the tag, flag it and moderators can set (or remove) it.

There WAS for a time a CD Marketplace, located below CD-Media on the left side of the Portal. It was shut down in the early stages of the Discourse move (2-3 years before the move) due to lack of usage. I forget what it was actually called.
That’s what I was thinking of. I was going to say the same thing, I recall it being shut down several years ago because it wasn’t used that often. Maybe now that the CD population is growing, and we’re seeing a rise of inter-team buying and selling, a dedicated area like that could be useful again

No complaints from me on that. The main thing is that we need to stay on top of keeping the tag(s) pruned.
