Source for long 10-32 Screws

Does anyone have a source for 2 1/2" and 2 1/4" 10-32 machine screws? We’re looking for hex head and button head hex drive ones. McMaster is quite expensive and the ones on Amazon are mostly Philips head.

We are setup with Fastenal. They give us a great deal.

We usually use a mix of Grainger and McMaster though they can get pricy at longer sizes

Here’s a spreadsheet evaluating some of the options here. These are all 10-32 black-oxide alloy steel socket head cap screws. I did not include Fastenal because their web interface sucks and I couldn’t be bothered, but their prices appeared to be generally on the high side. Some conclusions:

• WCP is cheaper than rev, but has fewer options in the shorter sizes
• Don’t use McMaster unless that fast shipping really matters
• Both the bag and bulk prices at Bolt Depot are excellent, except at some of the longest sizes
• If you don’t need hundreds of the long sizes, WCP has really great prices

Nice! I was just looking at the same data.

• WCP also has a 1/4 inch 10-32 SHCS. Maybe needed on one of their products?

• That WCP price for 2" long 10-32 SHCS is really low. Error on site, or maybe R.C. just has a really good supplier for that particular size?

• I like that REV carries the 5/8, 3/4, 1-1/4, and 1-/3/4 sizes.

• Side note: for some 10-32 SHCS sizes, adding to an AM order in single-unit qtys can make sense. 2-1/4 is one of those.
