What is the lifespan expectation of the drill bushings being bronze? How well do they keep the drill bit straight?
They last around a season of heavy use. 2 drill guides with these bushings did 90% of the holes on 1369s competition + practice robot last season along with prototypes.

Looks slick. How well do these rollers spin under significant load, such as with a game piece jammed between an intake and a bumper?
The nylon rollers have a lower coefficient of friction with the Markforged core than they do with the gamepiece. This means the roller will always spin against the Markforged part before free spinning on the gamepice. As for the PLA and PETG rollers, their rounded shape means the ball will tend to roll off of them rather than jam. This all being said, I would recommend keeping compression under 1.5 inches with these for optimum centering effect.
Thanks. I know there’s been some issues with 3d printed mecanum rollers not playing nice for more aggressive intakes, so that’s good to hear.
