that appears to be a spammer account, based on the signature.
Same for Payday_Loans.
There seems to be many accounts that were created with the intent to spam, but that never did.
Given the large number of users and the time it would take to sort through them all, is it worth chasing after spammers that never were?
They are doing their job though, accounts each have their own page, these are indexed by Google which will increase the page rank of the linked page.
Perhaps the simplest solution would be adding the user pages as not being indexed in the robot.txt.
Or we can just make it so you need more than 10 posts to have links in your signature.
There is a html tag that you can use to tell Google that you don’t trust the enclosed html and not to use it for pagerank. I’m not sure of the tag name though
