Hello I’m from team 6400 out of a small town in Montana. We had ordered spark max controllers from rev a few weeks back but the order never went through. We had a confirmation but were never charged. The tracking info said delivered to Seattle. We do need the spark maxes asap so wondering where we should order them now that rev and andymark are out. We have mechanisms ready to run but no motor controllers to test code.
Did you contact Rev support?
My mentor did. They essentially said they were sorry and to order them again when they are in stock from my understanding.
Seperate from the issue of the Spark Max order, do you have other motor controllers you can use or the designs use Neos and you’re stuck with a Spark Max?
If you ordered but were never charged it is likely that your team selected Purchase order, check, or quotation only on our website. None of these kinds of orders will ship until payment is received.
We have more stock coming in this week, so please fill out the box on our website to be notified when they are in stock and order as soon as you can.
We are using neos and our code relies on encoders. We do have some cim motors for simple testing.

In a pinch all of the regular neo shafts are CIM-compatible, but it wont match in the size end to end or weight if its on a moving part like an intake arm. Hopefully you’ll be able to get some when the stock refreshes. If not I think we will have some spares from previous years laying around and would be willing to part with them. If you cant get the new ones and can live with ‘Gently FRC Used’ have your mentor DM me through here.

I had a similar issue and figured out I made a mistake. I was shipping to another person and my billing information was the the same as my shipping which should have been different. My credit card would not let the transaction go though. Maybe that was your issue?
