Hi, I am trying to update a spark max out of the box. I have connected it via usb-c cable to my pc with rev [email protected] When I click on update it is giving “failed to update” error. It reports current firmware version unknown. Spark is blinking orange/blue as 12v is not connected. Also can is not connected.
Should I try recovery mode or am I skipping something? It’s been at least a year since I used any rev product so not sure if am missing something.
