Spark MAX motor controller ID keeps reseting to 0

I set the motor IDs using the REV software through USB connection but every time I reconnect to the motor controller, the ID resets. Also, I tried connecting the REV software directly to the PDP (The spark max controllers are already connected by CAN) but the system only detected one of the Motor controller for some reason.

change the ID and burn the flash, I recommend doing each spark max individually the first time you are setting things up then it will be much easier after that.
