SPARK MAX motor controllers not working

Were using a bunch of spark maxs and only 4 of them are working. We have 8 of them total I have verified that all the CAN ids are independent. What else could be going wrong

found out it was a can issue

I have an issue though. We try to use our code which worked before to control the MAXs but now it doesnt work. Like it appears as if no current is being sent to motor

What changed between then and now? Did you update firmware?

Yes I updated to the latest firmware. I ensured that all CAN IDs and everything was set. None are CAN ID 0
