Spark max + NEO issue

Hi, I am Grey Orr from team 8057, and I had an issue that I was hoping you could solve.

We are using a NEO/Spark Max setup for our drivebase using PWM cables.

The issue we have is that when we drive ( forward or backward ) all of our motors spin clockwise.

You need to invert the motors on one side to have them go counterclockwise.
