We are having an issue where a few of our sparks are not turning on. We tried about 5 different sparks and they would not turn on with either 12v or the usb plugged in. It used to work but we updated the spark and it stopped working. When we initially updated it it was solid green, after a power cycle it was off and it stopped working.

How are you powering them? PDP, PDH? If so, is it the same slot over and over showing the problem? Could be a faulty fuse but that doesn’t explain why USB won’t work either.
Are you able to get them into recovery mode?
We tried both the pdh and a 12v supply. Haven’t tried recovery mode yet.

Try recovery mode for sure. That should hopefully get you going again.

Recovery Mode got 5/9 of the sparks working. The last four did not respond to the recovery mode, but they might have had other problems. I believe one of them was plugged in backwards (motor side to PDH) which may have caused some issues.
