Hi. One of our Spark Max’s is showing an ‘Over Current’ Active Error in the REV Hardware Client. The motor doesn’t run through code but no other Sparks have this error. Does anyone know what causes this error and how to fix it?
Your current limit is set very low. It’s 10 amps. Depending on what braker you have on your PDP/PDH and your usage you can increase this value.
We had the current limit at 40amps with a 40amp fuse and had the same issue. It seems to have resolved itself though. Thank you
