We finished our wiring today but after we turned our robot on , spark maxes started blinking pink and yellow. One of our motors isn’t running properly. Any advice?

I would check the encoder connector, also have you updated them to the latest firmware?
Make sure that you have the latest firmware and CAN ID’s are configured correctly. Make sure you use “Burn Flash” button after your CAN configuration, using “Save Configuration” would only save the config into a file on your computer.
