Does anyone know if it’s possible to run a SparkMAX on CAN (Revrobotics) with a HERO Board (CTRE / Phoenix?) I wasn’t sure if the libraries are possible to load from rev into HERO or not or if HERO is only for CTRE products, such as the Falcon 500 for example.
Rev doesn’t provide libraries for the Hero, so it’s not possible. Technically if rev were to port the libraries to the Hero it would work, there’s nothing else stopping it from working.
This is kind of the conclusion I drew, but thanks for confirming.
Rev needs to make their own “HERO” then…that would be amazing for smaller projects or RnD work…
