SparkMAXes not working

One of our 8 sparkmax motor controllers seem to not work when connected to the PDP. We tried out some possible solutions but nothing seems to work.
All the other 7 work perfectly fine

I updated the firmware using the rev application, and the LED does turn on when connected to the Pc. However,when connected to the PDP the led doesn’t even turn on, and the frc driver station doesnt receive any signal from it, any ideas?

Does it turn on (and communicate) when connected over USB-C?

Does it power on either in a different PDP/PDH port or same with a different breaker?
