As a mentor since 2019, Jim has worked on developing camera calibration for 971’s vision system. He is Chief Technology Officer at Blue River Technology, a John Deere company, that develops sprayers to improve agriculture using machine learning, and has been there for over 7 years. Prior to that, Jim has been VP of Product Development at Datalogic and Evolution Robotics Retail. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from Brown University and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from CalTech.
