Our main sponsor came about from me talking to a store owner, who gave me the chain-owner’s card…I sent him an email and called him…and bang we had one…
One thing our team is doing for 2003 is we’re putting together ‘Sposorship Packages’. It uncludes:
- A letter from the team captain (me…lol :))
- A CD with a bunch of videos, pictures, etc from 2002.
- Testimonials (they work wonders)
- Sponsorship Info about the '02 sponsors
- Benefits of sponsoring the team
Also, one thing that companies LOVE is seeing a robot drive around their offices…Drive in w/ ur bot, ull drive out w/ a cheque.
