SSL Error When Trying to Access TBA

I get this screen whenever I try to access The Blue Alliance on my school iPad. All of the school issued iPads have a proxy on them, and it can be very troublesome sometimes. I checked with my friends to see if their iPads were having the same issue, and determined that I am the only one having this issue. I am concerned by this because competition season is amoung us and I use TBA to watch my local team compete Has anyone had this issue before and does anyone know how I could fix this?

Have you always had this issue? Maybe it will remedy itself with time.
