Starting on RobotPy 2021 core upgrades tonight!

A lot of invisible core tech stuff has been worked on this summer/fall, and hopefully will result in a better RobotPy experience for everyone!

Happy to see you and others are keeping it up! I agree this years urgency has felt a bit lacking in general but know that team 4480 really appreciates the help and work you and others have put forth!
