Is it a problem if the game pieces come out of the frame perimeter before the start of the match or how long can it protrude from the frame perimeter? Have you found any rules about that?
As long as no part of the ROBOT is extending past the vertical projection of the FRAME PERIMETER it should be okay. This is not including any minor protrusions such as bolts, rivets, etc.

A. each ALLIANCE may preload 1 CONE or 1 CUBE in each ROBOT such that it is fully supported by that ROBOT,
The ROBOT include the BUMPERS per the glossary and there is no limit of the preloaded game piece being in any zone of the ROBOT, at the start of a match.

Where is this rule at gamemanual. I found T401 at gamemanual and couldn’t be sure about that.
