Hey everyone. With all this talk on slick bumper materials recently, I have an alternate question. Does any one know of the “stickiest” bumper material or a material with a high cof when interacting with other common bumper materials?
Thanks

Velcro… more specifically, the hook side of it. I think you could buy a sheet of it.
The only real worry is what happens when someone uses the loop side of it… one of you is going to end up without bumpers.
The key is finding a sticky material that still complies with the rule that bumpers must be made of a rugged and smooth material. What material are you trying to stick to? If your goal is to stick to field pieces you will be hard pressed to find a better material than the pleather that HOT used in 2014.
There’s lots of silicone-coated and polyurethane-coated fabrics available on the market.
I can just imagine a team based around pleather now… 0_0
You mean 67?
Harvest blue and red geckos, then glue them to your bumpers.
Not the most humane solution, but winning is winning.
