Strange problem with Spark Max

We have a neo motor connected to a spark max on our elevator, The elevator has 3 neos on it. In the past day, on off them started to blink in all different colours and intervals in seemingly random times.

Things we checked:
Replacing spark max
Checking the data cable to the neo
We tried connecting a neo in free air and it worked
The power and can to the spark looks fine
Battery is fine

I have seen this when there is a can bus issue. Check the spark max can cables, your termination resistor. Do you see any can bus errors in your driver station log?

We don’t see any can bus errors.

How do you know that you do not see any can bus errors? How are you confirming this?
