I’m just curious of what everyone else plans to do over the summer that is non-robotics related. I’ll be at CMU this summer for SAMS. Will any other FIRSTers else be there? Any other similar programs where FIRSTers will be gathering?
Use this thread to discuss meetups, summer programs attending or other activities… basically a “Who’s Going Where - Summer 2007”
Have fun, Tennessee is really fun (if you like camping, hiking, and other odds and ends). Either way,you will have fun. I’ll bet that you could easily find a robotics team down there. Just look around on the internet and see if you can’t check them out for a day.
I’m going to be going to school all summer. But my college offers a program thing for high school students that into robotics and technology call CARCAM. I may try help out there.

Having lightsaber battles with friends so they can be recorded and mailed on DVD to next year’s Computing students. That, and other strange and wonderful things that come along with being President of our computing students’ association.
Slowly working on learning some Mandarin.
Oh, and last week I finally got my G (Ontario’s unrestricted driver’s license for standard cars/trucks/vans).
