Sunset Showdown 2023 Offseason Event

We are excited to announce the inaugural Sunset Showdown this July! First come, first serve. ~32 robot capacity. We will be playing the 2023 FRC game, championship rules with some modifications (TBD). Feel free to ask in this thread if you have questions or email offseason@first5924.org.

WHEN:
Saturday & Sunday, July 21-23, 2023 (Friday load-in)

The event will consist of a load-in evening with practice/“just for fun” matches (Friday, matches time permitting), a day of qualification matches (Saturday), and a half day of elimination matches (Sunday).

LOCATION:
St. Ignatius College Preparatory
2001 37th Ave,
San Francisco, CA 94116

REGISTRATION COST:
$350 per team, plus $200 with each additional robot. Additional robots will be automatically waitlisted to ensure space for teams.

It’s super great to see a new offseason event happening within driving distance of so many teams! 581 is looking forward to make the trip to St. Ignatius for a second time this year.
