So, once The Who started, I changed channels to espn, espn2, espnnews, NFL network and NONE of them have live people on tv talking about the game. I assume there is some contract the NFL has with CBS to get people to watch the halftime show, but its still crazy considering how much pregame there is that there is no halftime show actually talking about the game.
LOL awesome start to the second half.
Disclaimer, I ONLY went out to watch the halftime show after my Twitter feed started being flooded with comments on how awesome it was.
Was I the only one who, instead of thinking “OMG, THE WHO!!!”, was geeking out about the lights and effects? Oh, and the cymbals were pretty sweet.
Browns by 28 in XLV.
I’m actually not watching the game. The petty bickering between millionaires and billionaires that will lead to a lockout makes me not give a crap.
Heh, I noticed to
The cymbals and lights were awesome. That was just about all I was paying attention to. And being a bit of a new-born FIRST geek, I kept thinking, “Man, they put that stage up and took it down really fast!” and “I wonder who did the programming for the lights?”
Anybody notice how many of the commercials had robots in them? Very cool, our little friends are taking over the world. Just saying…
I wonder if Obama was watching?
personally, i think the Lions will turn everything around and get a wild card seat and continue on to win the super bowl…in 15 years:o
Yeah and they’ll be playing the Browns and hell will have frozen over along with the coming of the anti-Christ. All of this after pigs fly, we have world peace, congress makes efficient decisions outside the of childish two party system and physicists find and mass produce the anti-graviton.
yeah, pretty much. but you never know. I just want to see Ndamakong Suh go into the NFL and plow the offensive lines…He is one awesome defensive lineman.
