Swerve for 2023?

Do you think that people are going to have more swerve or west coast drives this year. What are you ideas for pros and cons of both?

Teams that can use swerve will use swerve.

The field is open and flat. With swerve you can translate along the grid for easier alignment.

I agree. This is a game practically made for swerve drives. All the demands of positioning for both placing pieces on the grid and for picking up from the floor are best answered by swerve drives. Other drives will be viable and work, but the dominance of swerve drive robots will be evident.

Low center of gravity and swerve drive is what we are going for this year. Shouldn’t be any different then last couple years for us.
