Swerve modules spinning "out of control"

We disassembled last season’s robot and now we are having problems with the swerve, after we put it back together it kept spinning non-stop 3 modules.

We found the problem strange, as we did not change the code, we just cleaned the robot and did not change any parts.

We also don’t know for sure if it’s the code, as it’s the standard swerve code we use.

Can you guarentee all of the motor controllers and can IDs are matched to the same modules?
