SwerveMax REV modules screws coming loose

Our team has just started using the SwerveMax modules from REV, we used them in a friendly competition with another team and noticed that a lot of the screws come loose (the ones on the wheels but also the ones securing the Neos for translational movement). We built them following the instructions exactly. Do other teams have this problem? Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?

Did you apply threadlocker to the screws? Any screw without a nylock nut securing it will work itself loose unless it has threadlocker

No, we only did it to the ultra planetary stuff. Should we just apply it to all the screws?

Bingo.

Many a clacking wheel revealed a student didn’t use loctite. I’d recommend using threadlocker on the 6 bolts holding the bevel gear to the wheel (being very careful to only get it on the very end of the bolt), the axle bolt, and the bolts holding the forks to the module.
