System Configuration problem with RoboRIO

When trying to connect to the RoboRIO through 172.22.11.2 over USB, I can’t get to the RIO home. I can only get to a screen that looks like this

I’ve already tried installing the Phoenix Tuner as suggested in other threads but that doesn’t fix the problem.

Is this normal for 2019? Or am I messing something up?

EDIT: the firmware on the Rio is updated to the latest version

@kelp the CAN configuration will not be in the WIF (roboRIO Web Interface) anymore but in the vendor’s applications.

If you are using Talon SRX/Victor SPX, I can point you to: CTRE Phoenix Framework
If you are using SPARK MAX, go to: SPARK MAX Software Resources

That is correct, @kelp
