TalonSRX Not detecting robot teleop in CAN bus

We are currently trying to program a robot using TalonSRX motor controllers, but the Talon’s are remaining on the LED code of CAN bus detected/Robot Disabled, even when enabled for teleop.

Do you see the Talons in the Phoenix Tuner?

Can you post the link to your entire code. That one screenshot doesn’t give us much to go on.
