[TBA] Add Your Offseason Event to The Blue Alliance!

Missing robots already? Never fear, there are more offseason events than ever this year!

The Blue Alliance is here to help you make your offseason event loud! If you are an offseason event organizer (or know someone who is), you can post team lists, match schedules, and real-time match results to TBA. If you do this, you get all the features you’ve come to expect from TBA in-season including:

  • More webcasts than you know what to do with on GameDay
  • Posted match schedules & real-time results
  • Push notifications
  • Insights, statistics, & Predictions
  • And more!

How do I sign my event up?
Full instructions exist at https://www.thebluealliance.com/add-data, but here’s the tldr:

  1. If you don’t see your event listed on TBA yet, let us know about it here: http://thebluealliance.com/suggest/offseason
  2. Request write access for your event here: https://www.thebluealliance.com/request/apiwrite
  3. Import data using the TBA EventWizard: https://www.thebluealliance.com/eventwizard. You can import FMS reports to add the match schedule, and the Scorekeeper at the event can enter match scores as they’re posted. If your event does not have the official FMS, Cheesy Arena can automatically post match results to TBA as well.

If you have any questions (or feature requests), get in touch with us on GitHub or via email.

Cool! Filled out the form for Capital City Classic, but I think it’s a little too early to request write keys :stuck_out_tongue:

Neat stuff. Is this just for competitions or does it include workshops and kickoffs teams might attend?

Just competitions.
