Hi, I recently added a team avatar for my team (303), which began showing on the FIRST Events Web already. How much time will it take for this to update onto TBA?
I uploaded my team’s on Saturday morning. I’m not sure when exactly it got approved but it’s showing on TBA as of this morning (Tuesday for posterity). I’d assume TBA pulls every few hours, so worst case your avatar should be live on TBA by tomorrow morning.
Another data point:
Submitted on Monday.
Showed up on FRC Event Web : Team 2495 (2023) (firstinspires.org) on Tuesday (not sure when exactly).
Is showing up in the TBA Android app as of Wednesday (not sure since when exactly).
But somehow still not showing up at Hive Mind - Team 2495 (2023) - The Blue Alliance (today, Wednesday).
It’s cache. I looked at that page with no cache and the avatar is there. Give it some time.

Thanks! It’s now Wednesday evening, and the avatar is now showing up reliably on TBA.
So it seems fair to assume, based on other comments, that the avatar should reliably show up on TBA before midnight on the second day after a submission.
Bonus question: how long does it typically take for TBA to review submitted pictures of the robot? Thanks.
And is there a way to submit Instagram videos that have “reel” in their URL such as FRC Hivemind 2495 on Instagram: "We’re all charged up this 2023 for our upcoming event at Robbinsville! Here’s a close look at our wrist mechanism! #frc #FIRST #firstrobotics #firstroboticscompetition #robotics #robots"?
