TBA - Webhooks not working

I’ve got a subscription URL in my TBA account for webhooks but am receiving no webhook data this morning even as the 2025mndu event is actively underway. What’s the best way to get somebody on the horn to fix this?

Pings work and yes, the URL has been verified.

I’m also seeing this for our debugging firehose webhook. I can try to take a look when I have a moment.

I’ve seen some discussion in other threads about this. Reminder that our maintainers are volunteers and have full time jobs, so we don’t really have SLOs on response times for things like email or Slack.

For starters, though, how does the event page get the information when a match completes?

Also, if there’s a Slack I can participate in I’d love to.

False alarm on our firehose - it seems like I am receiving notifications to our test firehose (specifically for 2025mndu). It might be something with your setup.

Interesting. I have done the test notifications on the website, validated the webhook, and sent a ping. not sure what more I can do on my end :confused: - any ideas?

My receiver isn’t showing any activity (error or otherwise)

(Thankfully) user error!

I had put in my webhook URL, but had not configured the “All Events for 2025” Subscription on the MyTBA/Events area.
